Mosey Me is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not share, sell, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we will never release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.
It is important to us that you are happy with your Mosey Me purchase, if for some reason you are not you have the below options to choose from
a) Request to return product in exchange for any other product featured on the Mosey Me website. Please note if you select Tableware there is a 10 day turn around for items not in stock.
b) A credit voucher which will be valid for 6 months
All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original shipping date. Stock must be in resalable condition with correct packaging and swing tags attached, Mosey Me has the right to deny exchange/return if the product does not meet our standard. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.
As a very small business we are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by Mosey Me Head Office. For more information contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds will only be credited to the original credit card account. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of original shipping date.
