For obvious reasons Easter this year has sadly been a little forgotten. To us, Easter weekend has always been about family time, relaxing together over some delicious food and too many chocolate eggs. It's a nice time to welcome Autumn and really settle into the new year. While most of us are at home looking for ways to occupy our time (or our kids!) We thought we would share some fun creative things to do this Easter long weekend!
BUNNY PANCAKES!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons melted butter
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 pinch salt
1 egg
Optional
banana
blue berries
strawberries
ice cream
Method
In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Make a well in the centre and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter - mix until smooth. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over a medium heat. Pour batter into the pan (keep in mind the shapes you will need for your bunny). Brown on both sides and serve.
