DOMESTIC 

Standard Shipping
During non-sale periods, orders over the value of $150 AUD will receive FREE shipping 
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a flat rate of $10.00 is applied to all orders under 2kg and $20.00 for orders over 2kg. Orders are shipped with Australia Post + tracking. 

Express Shipping
If you choose to have your item shipped express, a flat rate of $15.00 is applied to all orders under 2kg and $25.00 for orders over 2kg. Orders are shipped with Australia Post + tracking. 

Mosey Me is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. We hope this doesn't happen to you but in the unlikely case that it does we will do our best to locate your parcel.  
Mosey Me is not responsible for lost or stolen goods however if this should happen we will help in any way possible to find your parcel.

NEW ZEALAND
A flat rate of $25.00 AUD is applied to all our friends over in New Zealand :) Shipped with Australia Post and with tracking.
$35.00 Flat rate for Express Shipping on all New Zealand orders with Australia Post + tracking. Orders over the value of $300 AUD will receive FREE shipping.


INTERNATIONAL

Please note that all US orders will resume shipping from 25th September, 2025. Import customs and tariffs will be paid by the customer and is not included in the product or shipping price.

All our International parcels are sent via Australian Registered Post. This will require a signature on delivery and a tracking number will be issued once your order is confirmed.

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees in addition to shipping pricing.
An international shipping rate is calculated based on the size of your order. Please contact info@moseyme.com if you require express post.


RETURNS


RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We really want you to be happy with your Mosey Me purchase, if for some reason you are not you have the below options to choose from:

a) Request to return product in exchange for any other product featured on the Mosey Me website

b) A credit voucher which will be valid for 6 months

All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of original shipping date. Stock must be in resalable condition with correct packaging and swing tags attached. Mosey Me has the right to deny exchange/return if the product does not meet our standard. Please send all requests to info@moseyme.com.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs as part of an exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty.

We encourage mindful purchasing. Please note that all sale items purchased in our sale or outlet collections are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS

We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by the Mosey Me design studio.

Items purchased in bundles will only be refunded at the discounted price. For more information contact info@moseyme.com.
