We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150. Otherwise, a flat rate of $10 is applied to all domestic orders. We also ship overseas; please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
RETURNS
We offer exchanges or credit notes if you change your mind and would like to return your Mosey Me items. All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by the Mosey Me design studio. Care Guide
COTTON & LINEN TEXTILES
Cold gentle machine wash with similar colours or hand wash. Please do not rub, soak or bleach. Please do not dry clean; dry in shade. Iron on reverse. 100% cotton bedding can be tumble dried on normal setting. Remove cushion inserts before washing.
QUILTED THROWS
Spot Clean preferred. Cold gentle machine wash with mild detergent and like colours. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
HAND TUFTED BATHMATS
Cold gentle machine wash. Wash dark colours separately. Tumble dry on low setting. Note: Shedding may occur during initial washing. We recommend washing separately for first wash
TOWELS
Warm machine wash with like colours. Wash before first use. Line dry in the shade or tumble dry low. Do not bleach.

I love these hand towels. They go beautifully with the Margarita multi coloured bath runner (thanks for the tip mosey me).
I have a holiday rental apartment in the city. I am always looking for ways to bring it to life. The bathroom is still the original floor tiles from the late 60's when the block was built. Our plan is to gut the bathroom and do a full renovation. Until we are in a position to do so, I am always looking for accessories that both compliment and lift what is there. We originally purchased the apartment as we live in the country and needed a place to stay to help out with the baby sitting of grandchildren etc but interest rates have hit us hard! Not all of us can afford the fabulous Instagram worthy renovations at the moment. Colour can have great impact, disguise and redirect focus away from a mulitude of imperfections for little cost.
mosey me is perfect for the overall feel of our place. The quality is fabulous and added to that the service is second to none.
