RETURNS
We offer exchanges or credit notes if you change your mind and would like to return your Mosey Me items. All return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases. Refunds will only be issued if there is a fault with the product which will be determined by the Mosey Me design studio. Care Guide
COTTON & LINEN TEXTILES
Cold gentle machine wash with similar colours or hand wash. Please do not rub, soak or bleach. Please do not dry clean; dry in shade. Iron on reverse. 100% cotton bedding can be tumble dried on normal setting. Remove cushion inserts before washing.
QUILTED THROWS
Spot Clean preferred. Cold gentle machine wash with mild detergent and like colours. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
HAND TUFTED BATHMATS
Cold gentle machine wash. Wash dark colours separately. Tumble dry on low setting. Note: Shedding may occur during initial washing. We recommend washing separately for first wash
TOWELS
Warm machine wash with like colours. Wash before first use. Line dry in the shade or tumble dry low. Do not bleach.
